Sea of Skulls

Sea of Skulls is an asymmetric wargame designed for One Page Rule's 2020 Game Jam. It pits a number of Pirate players, attempting to steal treasure for themselves, against an Environmental player who controls the weather and the ghost ships that patrol the waves.
As a Pirate, your goal is to secure the hidden treasure and bring it back to your home island, working with and against the other Pirates to secure victory for yourself! As the Environmental player, your goal is to stop the Pirates from stealing your treasure, using your wits and armada of Ghost ships.
